In a bid to fight against drug abuse, DFWA has held a seminar to mark its 2nd Edition of “Truth About Drugs” Leadership event.
The topic of the seminar which was tagged “Mega March Against Drug Abuse? Had leaders speaking on the dangers of illicit usage of drugs and the positive impact of massive education awareness towards bridging youths engaging in drug abuse. Hence focusing on Mega March Against Drug Abuse 2022 and beyond.
One of the speakers hinted that to achieve a Drug free world, the organization must take one step at a time, and also advised that we must endeavor to find out states with high rate of drug abuse, she further maintained that once these steps has been followed, the battle would be easier.
“Awareness on the pitfalls of the use of illicit drugs would be created and that would come in different forms like seminars, Mega marches and a lot more” she said
Leaders of DFWA made it Known to everyone that the campaign must be taken to the local areas, where illiteracy is high and the rate of drug abuse very alarming dimension.
